Directly from you: You may provide us with Personal Data when you choose to use our Services, make apurchase through our websites, request information from us or contact us for any other reason, including via email or through our chat. In addition, our Services enable you to select and upload Images, either independently from your device, or through linking your account on other websites or social media (such as your Facebook or Google accounts), and once linked we will gain limited access to certain data and Imageson such linked account(s). When you first install the App, you will be asked whether you permit the in App access to specific photos or to your entire camera roll. If you grant access to the camera roll, we scan all your images your camera roll and collect and process information on the characteristics of images that you have in your camera roll, such as the image setting (e.g., sunset, indoor, party), the posture, location and characteristics of faces or other face parts that appear in an image (e.g. are people’s eyes open or shut), and the number, estimated age and gender of people in the image (“Content Info- rmation”). We use Content Information to recommend images from your camera roll that we think may look good printed on Family Vibes. For more details on where and how we store your personal data, please see Section 3 (Data Location) and Section 5 (Data Disclosure) below. This identification process is conducted on your device. We do not collect or retain any biometric information or biometric identifiers from your images.
Data automatically collected or generated: When you interact with or use our Services,we may collect certain technical data about your device (such as your operating system, IP address, device identifier browsing history, purchase history etc.) We collect or generate such data either independently or with the help of our Service Providers (as detailed in Section 5 below), including through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies (as further detailed in Section 6 below).
Data received from third party services: Our Services may be used in connection with third party services,sites, and mobile applications. If you use our Services with or through such third parties, we may receive Personal Data about you from such third, parties. 3. Data Location
We and our authorized Service Providers (defined below) maintain, store and process Personal Data in India, and other locations as reasonably necessary for the proper performance and delivery of our Services, or as may be required by law.

When using the Services – Images will be retained until your account has been terminated, either by us or by you. Any Images which have been uploaded to the Services but were not eventually chosen to be printed on tiles will be automatically deleted, after certain days from the day you have uploaded the Image(s).
You may ask us to delete any Personal Data, including Images you have uploaded to the Services, by sending us an email as stated in Section 9 below. We may delete any data or Images from our systems, without notice to you, including once we deem it no longer necessary for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may also retain your data in an anonymized form.
Please note that unless required by applicable law, we will not be obligated to retain your data for any period and are free to securely delete it for any reason and at any time, with or without notice to you.
Please also note that we do not retain your payment information, it is transferred directly to the relevant Service Provider. We only retain a token of such payment information (which cannot be used to reidentify it) and the chosen payment method, as it is required for your continuous payment of our Services subscriptions.

5. Data Disclosure
We may disclose your Personal Data in the following instances:

Family Vibes Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies; Change of Control: We share Personal Data internally within our group companies, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, should Family Vibes or any of its affiliates undergo any change in control or ownership, including by means of merger, acquisition, or purchase of its assets, or will be found eligible for a governmental grant, your Personal Data may be shared (to the extent necessary and customary) with the parties involved in such an event. If we believe that such an event might materially affect your Personal Data then stored with us, we will notify you of this event and the choices you may have via e-mail or prominent notice on our Services.

We engage in service and promotional communications, through social media, e-mail, phone, surveys, SMS and notifications.

For example, we may send you notifications (through any of the means available to us) of order summaries and shipping updates, to remind you to make your monthly/yearly purchase when you have paid a subscription (e.g., the “moments” feature), to inform you of changes or updates to our Services, billing issues, etc. You can control your communications and notifications in accordance with the instructions included in the communications sent to you. Please note that you will not be able to opt out of receiving certain service communications which are integral to your use (like shipment updates or billing notices payment issues etc.).

10. Return & Refund Policy
We offer our esteemed customers the privilege to return or exchange products – not just in case of faulty products, but also if we fail to meet our customers’ expectations. Customer Delight is our motto – our team carefully inspects all products to meet our beloved customers’ expectations.
In cases where the customer is found to betaking unceremonious advantage of such a privilege, Family Vibes reserves the right to not accept the return or exchange from the customer.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED PRODUCTS IN BAD CONDITION?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9153304000 or email us at familyvibes@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
You can return almost all the products which are not used and are in original condition.
Please send an email on familyvibes@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with the reason for return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup for you, provide the pin code is serviceable by our logistics partners for a reverse pickup, most of the locations are covered by our logistics partners.
In case your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners for a reverse pickup you will have to ship the product yourself. For the return shipping address please write to us. Ship the package using a traceable source(i.e., DTDC, Blue dart, Aramex, etc.). We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Once you applied for a return, our customer care team will respond to you with an RMA number. We may email you a return label which needs to be pasted on the outer packaging. You need to pack the product in the way it was delivered in tamper-proof packaging. Please ensure that all tags, invoices, etc. are intact. Please note if the tag is removed/tampered we might not accept the return. Hand over the same to the courier boy who would come to pick it up and ensure to get a receipt from him.
Once the product is delivered to us, we will perform a quality check, if the quality check is approved, we will process your replacement or refund.
Please note, if the item is returned because you did not like it or ordered it in error, the amount will be refunded in the form of an E-voucher or coupon which can be used on your next order with us.
You can also choose an equivalent amount of money in the form of replacement, coupon, other product, or cheque/online bank transfer within 3 – 7working days.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel the order before dispatch of the product by sending us an email on familyvibes@gmail.com or call us on +91 9153304000. The order shall be accepted for cancellation and a full refund shall be made in the same model to the customer.

11. Shipping Policy
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping across India for orders above ₹ 300.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most of the products are delivered in 1-7 Days from the order date.
Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
How will the delivery be done?
We ship through known and reputed logistics partners like FedEx, Bluedart, Delivery, Ecom Express, India Post etc.
What pin codes do you ship to?
We ship across India, no restrictions.
We prefer shipping through major partners like FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express but if these service providers are not present in your location, we will ship it through India Post.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays unless it is the festive season. You can expect delivery of your order on any of the business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
Are there any hidden costs (sales, taxes, octroi, etc)?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price tags with the products hold final price including everything. You will pay what you will see!
How do I track my order?
We notify our customers via confirmation email within twenty-four hours of dispatching. The shipping confirmation email will have the couriers tracking number and the link of tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping, the rates would be applicable as per DHL & FedEx, our logistic partners and the duties to be levied as per the delivery country’s duty structure. This will be added to the prescribed MRP.
